Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 17, 2024, Ms. Stacey Pool informed Noodles & Company ("the Company") that she is resigning from her employment as Chief Marketing Officer with the Company effective May 17, 2024 in order to accept another leadership opportunity within the auto aftermarket sector. Ms. Pool's decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to its operations, policies or practices. The Company has commenced a search for her replacement and Ms. Pool will continue in her current role until May 17, 2024.
