Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Noodles & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing that certain of its stockholders have elected not to pursue a previously announced underwritten secondary offering of the Company’s common stock at this time due to market conditions. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. BROOMFIELD, Colo., October 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Noodles & Company (Nasdaq: NDLS) today announced that certain of its stockholders have elected not to proceed with the previously announced plans to pursue an underwritten secondary offering of up to 10,062,500 shares of its Class A common stock at this time due to market conditions.
